Once you have selected a day and time you can enter your credit card info to secure your booking.

You can use the 3 hour call package any way you like in 1 hour increments.

For example, some men prefer to have a very detailed call to discuss their goals or situation and use all 3 hours on a single call.

While others prefer having 3 separate 1 hour calls.

On the booking checkout page there is a field where you can indicate your preference.

We do not currently offer video calls because dating has become such a polarized topic. This is to protect our privacy and that of our customers.

(Most people feel more comfortable asking questions and expressing their true opinions when the risk of being recorded has been removed.)

Also, in the case of longer calls, it is much easier if both people on the call are free to move around instead of being confined to a chair.

We require 24 hour advance notice if you need to reschedule your call.

This is because we only make a certain number of call bookings available each week and rescheduling on short notice would result in lost revenue.

In the event of a personal emergency we may choose to make exceptions, but this is at our sole discretion.

We do not offer refunds or returns on 1-hour calls or 3-hour call packages. Once your purchase has been made all sales are final.

This is to prevent abuse of our booking system and because time is non-refundable once it has been spent on a call.

No, you are not authorized to make audio or video recordings of private 1-on-1 calls. Automated transcription services and tools are also prohibited.

However, you are encouraged to make hand-written notes of anything we discuss that you think will be helpful or valuable to your personal situation.
